• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Digital downloads: refers to the program files, effects of several controllers 
• Website refers to Hardhat Electronics, accessible from https://hardhatelectronicspvtltd.com/
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 6 hours without giving any reason for doing so (except digital file purchase).

In case customer has placed two orders by mistake, then one order can be cancelled, to cancel the order customer has to inform us via email or WhatsApp chat  with order numbers ( original order and Duplicate order). 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 6 hours from the time of order, or until you product is shipped.

Digital Downloads, digital file purchase, downloaded files can't be returned, any amount paid for digital files and digital downloads shall not be refunded.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request . We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and there will be deduction of transaction charges and fee charged on Payment gateway with GST Charges.

Refund Policy : 

Refund shall be credited in customer account in 5-10 working days after order cancellation confirmation email.

Conditions for Returns

Goods once shipped to the address can not be cancelled or returned in any case. no conversation shall be entertained in this matter.

We advice our customers to make a video of opening the parcel and test the product on the same day (Within 24 hours of product delivery).

In case of any issue with our product customer is advised to call us and consult with our team.

In case product is not working in video call with team, the product would be taken back and replaced with new one.

Money Refund won’t be provided in any case.

Digital downloads such as programs for controllers or effect files can not be returned or exchanged.

Once the product is ordered it may take 1- 30 days to reach to customer. All the forward shipping charges to be paid by customer. 

In case customer refuses to accept the  order or order gets returned without the delivery attempt then also customer has to pay  forward and reverse shipping charges.

and the money shall be refunded after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges. 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address (shipping charges applicable to be paid by customer):

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
