Cash on Delivery policy

35 % advance to be paid for final confirmation of order, our team will reach to you on call. In case we don't receive 35 percent payment the order shall be cancelled.

How to confirm cod order- 

• complete order by using cod payment method from website.
• Our team will call you within 24 working hours and share you payment link for paying 35 percent of total order value.
• after successful payment of advance 35% amount, the order shall be shipped and treated as confirmed order, In case customer didn't pay the amount on receiving the link, order shall be cancelled in 24 hours.

In case customer refuse to pay the remaining 35 percent at time of delivery, the order will be cancelled.

advance payment - courier charges (forward + return)  shall be refunded to customer. 

Refund shall be provided only once the product reaches back to our Inventory management centre and verification is done.

Courier moving status shall be checked by the tracking details provided by courier.
